Will Gregory
Williams London was founded by Will Gregory, who has spent over twelve years in the Prime Central London property market. Will most recently led the sales team at Knight Frank's Notting Hill office, advising on the sale of some of the area's most considered homes.
The agency was established with a simple intention, to offer vendors, landlords and buyers an experienced, independent adviser, with the discretion and seniority that a significant London home properly requires.
We act on sales, lettings, private acquisitions and off-market opportunities, typically for clients selling or letting a £1m–£10m property in Notting Hill, Holland Park, Kensington and the surrounding Prime Central London villages, with an established international network beyond.
There is no team of negotiators. There is one principal, taking one call at a time. Every instruction is led by Will personally, from the first conversation to the last detail of completion.

- Most of our instructions are introduced quietly to a small, established register of buyers and their advisers before any wider release is considered.

- We help to prepare a home properly, photography, presentation, professional advice, so that it is shown at its best, to the right people, only once.

- Every viewing, every negotiation, every conversation with a lawyer is led by the principal. There is no handover; there is no team.
- Few, by design
- We take a small number of instructions each year. We say so honestly when a sale is not the right fit for the practice.
