The Property Redress Scheme

Williams London is a member of the Property Redress Scheme, a government-approved independent redress provider for the property sector. The scheme offers an independent route for the resolution of unresolved complaints between consumers and our firm.

Client Money Protection

Williams London holds Client Money Protection (CMP) in accordance with the Client Money Protection Schemes for Property Agents (Approval and Designation of Schemes) Regulations 2018. Client monies are held in a dedicated client account, ringfenced from the firm's own funds.

Anti-Money Laundering

As an estate agency business, Williams London is supervised by HMRC under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. We carry out customer due diligence and source-of-funds checks on all parties prior to the conclusion of a transaction.
